In-House Opportunity: Securities Attorney for Wealth Management Group: Located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The Gunther Group is the exclusive partner of the Wealth Management group of a major financial institution seeking to add a Securities Attorney to
its small and sophisticated Compliance and Legal team. The position is located in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. (Our client is open to relocation.) Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of
experience with asset management, investment advisory, and
broker/dealer matters. Among their responsibilities, this attorney
will consult and advise Wealth Management managers on complex
administrative and compliance issues under the Investment Company Act
of 1940, the Investment Adviser Act of 1940, the Securities Acts of
1933, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Law firm experience is
preferred. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
